About Clinical Education Consulting
Clinical Education Consulting was founded on a simple belief: students thrive when their clinical educators are prepared, supported, and confident in their teaching role.
With years of experience as a college professor in the health sciences, our founder has worked closely with students transitioning from the classroom to clinical practice—and has seen firsthand how much their success depends on the quality of teaching they receive in the field. Too often, skilled clinicians are asked to mentor students without any formal preparation for the teaching role, leaving both educators and learners frustrated.
Clinical Education Consulting exists to change that. We bring evidence-based teaching strategies, the Universal Design for Learning framework, and real-world clinical experience together to create workshops that are practical, inclusive, and immediately applicable. Our goal is to help healthcare organizations strengthen their educational impact while giving clinical educators the tools and confidence they need to succeed.

Our Approach
We believe training should be:
Practical — Every strategy we teach can be used the next day with real students in real clinical settings.

Inclusive — Through the Universal Design for Learning framework, we help educators reach every student, regardless of background or learning style.
Respectful of Your Time — We know healthcare professionals are busy. Our workshops are designed to fit into clinical schedules without sacrificing depth or quality.
